Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Acceptance

By using Finoday you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What Finoday is

Finoday provides free calculators for estimation and planning. The results are mathematical outputs based solely on the figures you enter and the assumptions described on each page. They are not personalised advice of any kind — see our disclaimer for the full position.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep formulas, tax slabs and statutory rates current, but rates change with each Budget and regulatory circular, and errors are possible. We provide the site "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If you spot a wrong figure, please tell us at corrections@finoday.com.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finoday is not liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss, lost profits or tax penalties — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculations.

Acceptable use

You may use Finoday freely for personal and professional purposes, including sharing links to specific calculations. You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to compromise its security, or republish substantial portions of its content as your own.

Intellectual property

The Finoday name, design, written guides and page content are owned by Finoday. Standard financial formulas and statutory rates are, of course, not owned by anyone.

External links

Some pages link to external sites such as government portals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
